Leader is anyone who has the capability to lead - not the 'formal position' to lead. It's not necessary to have a formal position in a group to lead.To lead India you don't have to be the president or some government authority.....but the right skills...

Being a leader you need to

1) identify people and their skills
2) understand their idea of change (sometimes guys have immature ideas... you need to show them better and concretise their plans)
3) Devise a plan out of your own intellect, which can help occupy all of their energies and make them see that what they sought for is actually possible.
